efr Creating Confidence to careThe emergency first responder or EFR course goes hand in hand with the Rescue course
but you can take this course anytime you wish, as it is designed for both diving & non diving first aid situations

The Primary Care (CPR) teaches participants how to respond to life-threatening emergencies. The course focuses on primary care through a combination of knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice to make sure participants have the confidence in their ability to provide care when emergency situations arise.

During your classroom section you will view the Emergency First Responder DVD, you can buy this as well for refreshing your knowledge once back home but it is not a compulsory requirement.
Completed your knowledge reviews from your EFR book and then take part in course scenarios with your course instructor, and then a final multiple choice paper, the course is designed for you to PASS, if you mess up on any question then your instructor will be on hand to explain where you went wrong...
